1. WARNING - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swimming and use of the Swimming Pool is at your own risk.
2. The Swimming Pool is for Residents and Their Guests Only. A resident at least eighteen (18) years old must accompany all guests.
3. Children Should Not Use Pool Without Adult Supervision. Residents who are fourteen (14) years old and older can use the Swimming Pool without an adult. Residents under fourteen (14) must be supervised by a parent or guardian over eighteen (18) years old at all times.
4. The Swimming Pool Gate Access is for Key Holders Only and Must Remain Closed at All Times.
5. No Diving. Diving or jumping into the pool is not allowed; this includes flips, back dives, cannonballs, preacher seats, can openers, and any similar entries from the pool's edge.
6. No Running. Any movement other than walking in the Swimming Pool area is strictly prohibited.
7. No Pets Are Allowed in the Swimming Pool Area.
8. Residents Must Clean Up All Trash and Debris They Create. Please throw all trash in the designated receptacles.
9. No Glass Containers of Any Kind are Permitted.
10. Use of Controlled Substances is Not Permitted.
11. No Alcohol is Allowed in the Pool Area.
12. Use of Tobacco Products, Smoking, or Vaping is Not Permitted.
13. Food and Beverages Must be Kept Six (6) Feet from the Swimming Pool.
14. No Weapons of Any Kind Are Allowed on Association Property. The discharge of firearms, pellet guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, or any other dangerous items is prohibited.
15. Appropriate Swimming Attire Must Be Worn at All Times While Using the Pool. Swimwear must not include tee-backs (thongs), cutoffs, or street clothes.
16. Water Wings and Small Floats, Like "Noodles," Are Allowed. If children are unsafe in the water, including those using water wings or other flotation devices, a parent or guardian over 18 must be with them in the water and within arm's reach.
17. Infants up to Three (3) Years Old or Older, if Needed, Must Wear Swim Diapers. Adults must supervise children at all times in the swimming pool.
18. Management or Association Representatives May Limit Pool Access Due to Occupancy Limits, Weather, Pool Conditions, Or Maintenance. If there is bad weather, swimmers must clear the pool during the storm and wait at least thirty (30) minutes after the last lightning or thunder before entering the water again. Patrons can stay in the pool area during this time but should keep a safe distance from the water.
19. A Resident at Least Eighteen (18) Years Old Must Accompany Each Guest. Each household can have a maximum of six (6) guests per day.
20. Managers Can Set Aside Specific Times for Special Activities Like Competitions, Lap Swimming, Games, Association Events, Etc.
21. In Case of an Emergency or if Your Pool Key Does Not Work, Please Contact the Manager. If it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 before calling the Manager.
22. Rule Violation May Result in Loss of Pool Privileges. Duration of the loss of privileges and potential penalties will be determined solely by the Association's Board of Directors.
