Home Modification

The Homeowner's Association has hired Architectural Plan Review, LLC, as a service and consultant for Homeowner Modification requests within the Longview Residential Community to maintain aesthetic appeal. There is a fee for each review. As an Architectural Control Consultant, APR will make decisions based on the Governing Documents set forth for the community. If the documents do not cover a specific item within the modification request, APR will consult with the developer to come to a decision while construction is still ongoing in the community.

Homeowner Modification Request Process

To submit a Homeowner Modification Request to the Architectural Control Reviewer, please follow the steps below:

Visit our website at https://form.jotform.com/BusinessBridge/APR_HOA.
Fill out the Modification Request Form and attach up to three supporting documents. (If you cannot attach all your documents, please email the rest to hoasubmittals@archplanreview.com after submitting the e-form.)
1. Additional information may be requested to complete your review.
You can pay your Review Fee with a credit or debit card (convenience fees do not apply). Your application will not be accepted without payment.
Click “Send to Architectural Plan Review.”

Please Note:

Only one (1) Improvement will be reviewed per application. If you plan to complete multiple projects simultaneously, you must submit and pay for them separately.
Once submitted, your request will be added to our queue and reviewed in the received order. If all the necessary details pertaining to your project have been provided to APR, your project will be reviewed for a Final Decision.
The Reviewer may request additional information regarding your project. This will place your project “On Hold.” The review will not continue until the supplementary material is received.
APR has up to thirty (30) days after receipt of your application, and all required details to complete the review and provide a decision (unless an alternate timeline is described within your community’s governing documents). All responses will be sent to the Homeowner via email.
