Resident Onboarding Guide
- Get to know your Management Team and learn about our vision and commitment to Longview and its residents.
- Create an account for the Resident Portal to schedule recurring assessment payments, access resale documents, view your association account history, and more.
- Set a plan for paying your Quarterly Assessments; there are several options to do so.
- Review the Governing Documents, especially the Design Guidelines. These documents establish the rules and regulations for the community.
- Sign up to receive Community Newsletters.
