Resident Onboarding Guide
  • Get to know your Management Team and learn about our vision and commitment to Longview and its residents.
  • Create an account for the Resident Portal to schedule recurring assessment payments, access resale documents, view your association account history, and more.
  • Set a plan for paying your Quarterly Assessments; there are several options to do so.
  • Review the Governing Documents, especially the Design Guidelines. These documents establish the rules and regulations for the community.
  • Sign up to receive Community Newsletters.
